The designer (Em Randall) agrees to complete all artwork and design tasks for the client for the following :
CUSTOM FULL LOGO & BRANDING DESIGN
A fully custom logo design with either typography, hand written lettering or a combination of both, with a fully custom icon or illustration. Includes 2 revisions of final concept sketch, as well as 2 revisions of the final artwork. Additional revisions will be billed by the hour.
Includes 3 additional coordinating subset logos to use further in the branding for print or web, with 1 revision per subset.
Custom mood board and color palette will be created especially for the project and the client, to capture the aesthetic and integrity of the brand.
Client will receive the logo and it’s subsets in multiple formats, sizes and colors to use for both web and print use. Black and white / inverted options in multiple formats will be included as well.
ADDITIONAL EDITS AND CHANGES
Any edits or changes made to the designs after the two included revisions per design will be billed separately by the hour at $50 an hour.
Small changes (i.e. text size or color) will not be additionally billed, and will be judged at the designers discretion.
The client agrees to pay a non-refundable 30% retainer fee before the designer will begin working on the custom design.
The remainder of the project invoice will be due upon completion of the final artwork and design pieces. Additional designs for the project that are not a part of the project outline will be billed separately.
Final payment will be due within 30 days of design completion. Final files (i.e. images without proof watermarks) will be sent once the final payment is made.
The designer is responsible for all expenses pertaining to materials for completing the artwork.
If the client chooses to have the designer handle ordering physical materials (i.e. printed goods) it is the client’s responsibility to pay for those items, plus time billed for ordering.
The designer will not at any time divulge or disperse any of the client’s personal information, trade secrets, or any information that is proprietary to the client or the client’s business.
The designer will protect such information as strictly confidential.
If for any reason the client decides to forgo completion of the project, the designer reserves the right to keep all that has been paid as compensation for time spent, as well as the artwork completed up until the point of termination.
The client is not responsible for any remaining balance after termination.
